Zinc Exposure Causes Disulfidptosis to Induce Miscarriage by Up‐Regulating GATA1/METTL1/SLC7A11 Axis
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Zn exposure up‐regulates GATA1, promoting GATA1‐mediated METTL1 and SLC7A11 transcription. It also enhances METTL1‐mediated m7G modification on SLC7A11 mRNA, increasing SLC7A11 mRNA stability. Ultimately, Zn exposure up‐regulates SLC7A11 at both transcriptional and post‐transcriptional levels, causing disulfidptosis. Advanced Science, EarlyView. We identified a novel adipokine, which we named leptolin. In humans, leptolin levels in white adipose tissue were positively correlated with exercise and negatively associated with body mass index. We observed elevated leptolin in serum from athletes and lower leptolin in serum from obese individuals.Jiarui Liu, Bingwei Wang, Zhijie Su, Xiaoxv Han, Miao He, Yun Zhao, Yujia Hou, Daotong Li, Weiguang Zhang, Lihua Qin, Ke Wang, Yanchun Li, Yi Yan, Siwang Yu, Xiaoshuai Huang, Tairan Yuwen, Jianyuan Luo, Ruimao Zheng +17 morewiley +1 more sourceEnhanced Glycolysis‐Driven Histone H3K18 Lactylation Regulates Epileptogenesis by Modulating the E3 Ubiquitin Ligase COP1
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Neuronal PKM2‐driven glycolysis generates excess lactate that triggers histone H3K18 lactylation (H3K18la), establishing a pathogenic metabolic‐epigenetic axis in epilepsy. Elevated H3K18la enriches the Cop1 promoter, transcriptionally upregulating the E3 ubiquitin ligase COP1, which subsequently drives proteasomal degradation of GABAARβ2 and impairs ...Yuan Meng, Yanlin Guo, Liumi Jiang, Jing Luo, Yan Liu, Ziwei Yuan, Pingyang Ke, Ran Duan, Fei Xiao +8 morewiley +1 more sourceA time-delay equation: well-posedness to optimal control
Open Physics, 2016 In this paper, well-posedness, controllability and optimal control for a time-delay beam equation are studied. Advanced Science, EarlyView.Histone crotonylation undergoes a genome‐wide transition from broad domains to canonical narrow peaks during minor zygotic genome activation (ZGA). This remodeling is required for proper major ZGA and blastocyst formation. Disruption of this transition by transcriptional inhibition, metabolic perturbation, or HDAC1 dysfunction impairs embryonic ...Shenli Yuan, Yelian Yan, Yalin Liang, Kanghua Zhong, Zhican Fu, Xiaobo Wang, Chao Liu, Tao Huang, Keliang Wu +8 morewiley +1 more sourceStudy of the rare decay $J/\psi \to \mu^+\mu^-\mu^+\mu^-$
The rare electromagnetic $J/\psi \to \mu^+\mu^-\mu^+\mu^-$ decay is observed with a significance greatly exceeding the discovery threshold, using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment during 2016-2018 at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $5.4\,\text{fb}^{-1}$.LHCb collaboration, Aaij, R., Abdelmotteleb, A. Advanced Science, EarlyView.PD‐L1 is primarily expressed in renal tubules and upregulated in both murine models of AKI and renal biopsy samples from patients with AKI. PD‐L1 can promote adaptive TECs repair through interacting with BRCA1, independent of its canonical immunomodulatory function of T cells, and PD‐L1 supplementation may represent a promising therapeutic strategy for Wei Jiang, Tao‐Tao Tang, Wei‐Jie Ni, Jin‐Xuan Wei, Liang‐Yun‐Zi Jiang, Qing Yin, Yi‐Lin Zhang, Zuo‐Lin Li, Yi Wen, Xin‐Lu Wang, Jun‐Yuan Shen, Xiao‐Jun Ouyang, Ming‐Zhu Zheng, Jian Xu, Xiaofei An, Lin‐Li Lv, Bi‐Cheng Liu, Bin Wang +17 morewiley +1 more source
