Three new species of Eusarcus Perty, 1833 (Opiliones, Gonyleptidae) from Brazilian caves
European Journal of Taxonomy, 2021 Three new species of Eusarcus Perty, 1833 are described from Brazilian caves, increasing the number of species of the genus to 40, eight of which have occurrences in caves. Eusarcus capixaba sp. nov.

Journal of Biogeography, Volume 52, Issue 10, October 2025.ABSTRACT Aim Thuridilla Bergh, 1872, is a lineage of herbivorous sea slugs externally distinguished by bright colours and distinctive patterns of lines and spots. Recent work revealed an exceptionally rapid, cryptic radiation of 13 species in the Indo‐Pacific, raising questions about mechanisms of speciation in this group.

Evolution &Development, Volume 27, Issue 3, September 2025.Main life‐history events and traits of the hippopotamus (Hippopotamus amphibius) and its skeletal and craniomandibular developmental processes. The major skull changes in infancy (0–3 years) and puberty (10–15 years) and the late stabilization (20–25 years) of the mandibular shape with respect to the cranial shape stand out.
