Highly‐Uniform Passive Crossbar Arrays of Resistive Switching Random Access Memory (RRAM) for In‐Memory Computing Applications

Passive resistive memory arrays promise efficient in‐memory computing but suffer from sneak paths and programming variability. Here, highly uniform 32 × 32 passive RRAM crossbars are programmed with multilevel precision below 3% error and 99.5% yield.

A flexible smart glove integrated with textile sensors enables real‐time hand gesture recognition for human–machine interaction. Using edge AI inference and Bluetooth communication, the system translates finger movements into human interface device commands to control endpoint devices efficiently.

Through participants' accounts, ordinary places—gardens, shops, blocks, sports grounds, and streets—emerge as ambivalent geographies where trauma, resilience, and belonging intersect.
