We reconstructed the postglacial recolonization history of Eurasian perch using mitochondrial and nuclear genomic data spanning Europe and Western Siberia. The analyses revealed multiple glacial refugia and extensive secondary admixture, reflecting a dynamic history of range expansion and contact among divergent lineages.

Understanding its size‐related feeding behaviour is thus vital for assessing its impact. To evaluate its role in the ecosystem, stomach content analysis provides useful insights into predator–prey dynamics.

Comparing Groundwater Sampling Devices for Denitrification Assessment Using the N₂/Ar Method. [PDF]

Comparing N2, Ar, and excess‐N2 concentrations of groundwater samples collected with different devices shows that N2, Ar, and excess‐N2 concentrations significantly differ between the sampling devices. Using an electrical submersible pump for sampling yields the highest N2, Ar, and excess‐N2 concentrations.
