This quantitative study aims to observe the purchase intention of halal food products in Spain from the perspective of Muslim tourists. 500 Muslim respondents who have visited Spain participated in answering our research questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0 software.
