AbstractWe developed a total of 50 microsatellite markers for the three fungal pathogens causing the most important leaf spot diseases of banana: 32 loci for Mycosphaerella fijiensis are presented, and nine loci each for Mycosphaerella musicola and Mycosphaerella eumusae.
