Large mycotic aneurysm of the peroneal artery
We describe the case of a 37-year-old patient with mycotic aneurysm of the right peroneal artery associated with episodes of endocarditis. There are only 7 cases of mycotic aneurysms of the crural arteries reported in the literature.
