Adrenal myelolipoma is a rare adrenal gland benign tumor composed of mature adipose tissue and hematopoietic tissue. Very few cases have been reported. We report a case of 19-years-old female who presented with complaint of pain in the right lumbar region. Ultrasound abdomen showed right suprarenal mass.
