UTTAR PRADESH JOURNAL OF ZOOLOGY, 2022Fairyflies are internal, egg parasitoids (except two species) of agriculturally important insect pests belonging to Cicadellidae and Delphacidae. The checklist of Indian Mymaridae is updated by including two genera 31 new species, first report of 18 species from India, synonymization of five species and misidentification of seven species.

Zootaxa, 2007The genera of Mymaridae occurring in Australia are keyed and a diagnosis for each is given. Forty-five nominal genera are recognized, including three new ones: Kompsomymar Lin and Huber, gen. nov., with type species K. bicoloratum Lin and Huber, sp. nov., Cleruchoides Lin and Huber, gen. nov., with type species C. noackae Lin and Huber, sp.
