AbstractElectrophoretic studies on different subspecies of Myzus cerasi F. (Hom., Aphididae)Single specimen of Myzus cerasi F., originating from Prunus avium and P. cerasus, were examined by Polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis. Aphids from P. cerasus, i.e. M. cerasi sensu strictu F., show two esterase bands with Rf‐values of about 0.9 and 0.4.
