A Wireless, Passive Multimodal Wearable Sensor With Decoupled Sensing Capabilities
A wireless passive multimodal electronic skin is presented for the simultaneous perception of pressure, humidity, and odor through a frequency‐divided LC resonator array. The decoupled sensing architecture suppresses cross‐interference and enables independent signal readout under superimposed stimuli while maintaining high stability.

Nitrogen fluxes from irrigated common‑bean as affected by mulching and mineral fertilization
The objective of this work was to measure the fluxes of N2O‑N and NH3‑N throughout the growing season of irrigated common‑bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), as affected by mulching and mineral fertilization. Fluxes of N2O‑N and NH3‑N were evaluated in areas with

Barrier‐Assisted Plasma Doping for Spatially Selective Resistance Engineering in MoS2 Transistors
Barrier‐assisted NH3 plasma doping enables damage‐free, spatially selective carrier modulation in monolayer MoS2 transistors. An ultrathin pV3D3/Al2O3 protective‐dielectric stack acts as a chemical filter that allows NHx radicals to reach the MoS2 surface while blocking plasma damage. This process achieves a high electron concentration of 4.3 × 1013 cm−

Grafted Low‐Leakage Si/AlN p‐n Diodes Enabled by Fluorinated AlN Interface
This work demonstrates a fluorination‐based interface engineering strategy that transforms oxygen‐terminated AlN surfaces into fluorine‐terminated interfaces for grafted p‐Si/n‐AlN diodes. By combining pseudo‐ALE oxide removal, XeF2 fluorination, and ultrathin SiNx stabilization, the engineered interface suppresses defect‐assisted reverse leakage by ...
