94 A CASE OF FULMINANT HEPATIC FAILURE TREATED WITH N-ACETYLCYSTEINE.

Journal of Investigative Medicine, 2007
Background Fulminant hepatic failure is one of the most challenging gastrointestinal emergencies and encompasses a pattern of clinical symptoms and pathophysiologic responses associated with rapid arrest of normal hepatic function. Hyperacute hepatic failure usually presents with liver function abnormalities, coagulopathy, encephalopathy, and ...

Analogue state (p, n) reactions at 94 MeV

Nuclear Physics A, 1968
Abstract The results of an analysis of (p, n) reactions at 94 MeV between isobaric analogue states on a range of nuclei are presented. The method of analysis assumes the existence of the isospin term in the optical potential and it is found that this term is energy-dependent and peaked at the nuclear surface.

First measurement of the $^{94}$Nb($n$,$γ$) cross section at the CERN n\_TOF facility

2023
One of the crucial ingredients for the improvement of stellar models is the accurate knowledge of neutron capture cross-sections for the different isotopes involved in the $s$-,$r$- and $i$- processes. These measurements can shed light on existing discrepancies between observed and predicted isotopic abundances and help to constrain the physical ...

Isobaric analogue states in (p, n) reactions at 94 MeV

Nuclear Physics A, 1968
Abstract Targets of natural Al, Sc, V, Mn, Co, Cu, Nb, Ag, In, La, Ta, Au, Pb and U were bombarded with 94 MeV protons. The neutron energy spectrum from each target was analysed using a time-of-flight spectrometer with a 0.066 ns · m −1 resolution. Neutron energy resolution close to 90 MeV was ≈2 MeV (fwhm).

Bioavailability, antinociceptive and antiinflammatory properties of BP 2-94, a histamine H3 receptor agonist prodrug.

Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, 1997
(R)alpha-Methylhistamine [(R)alpha-MeHA], a potent and selective histamine H3 receptor agonist in vitro and in vivo in rodents, was found to display comparatively low plasma level in healthy human volunteers, attributable to an extensive methylation of ...

Cahiers de lexicologie. 2009-1, n° 94

2009
The Cahiers de lexicologie, international review of lexicology and lexicography, studies vocabulary in its relation to other aspects of language (syntax, semantics, morphology, phonology, speech...), both from a theoretical point of view and in practical applications, notably concerning computer treatment of language.
