Exploring the Gut‐Prostate Axis: Microbial Signatures Linked to Prostate Volume and Bladder Function
ABSTRACT Background Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common urologic condition in aging men, often linked to systemic inflammation and metabolic dysfunction. Emerging evidence suggests that the gut microbiome may contribute to prostate health and disease.

ABSTRACT Rapid urbanisation and intensifying rainfall have increased cities' vulnerability to flooding, posing major challenges to sustainable development. Although machine learning models have improved flood prediction accuracy, most remain limited by their black‐box nature and lack of actionable insights.

Integrating multimodal data and machine learning for entrepreneurship research
Abstract Research Summary Extant research in neuroscience suggests that human perception is multimodal in nature—we model the world integrating diverse data sources such as sound, images, taste, and smell. Working in a dynamic environment, entrepreneurs are expected to draw on multimodal inputs in their decision making.

Hierarchical mixtures of naive Bayes classifiers
Naive Bayes classifiers tend to perform very well on a large number of problem domains, although their representation power is quite limited compared to more sophisticated machine learning algorithms. In this pa- per we study combining multiple naive Bayes classifiers by using the hierar- chical mixtures of experts system.

Naive Bayes Classifier Untuk Deteksi Email Spam

We report a magnetic particle anchored locked aptamer platform integrated with hyperbranched HCR and DNAzyme amplification for enzyme‐free, ultrasensitive detection of cardiac troponin I. The assay achieves a 0.25 ng/L detection limit within 25 minutes and enables cross‐species MI detection, with machine learning classification reaching 90% accuracy ...

Advanced Hybrid Techniques for Cyberattack Detection and Defense in IoT Networks
ABSTRACT The Internet of Things (IoT) represents a vast network of devices connected to the Internet, making it easier for users to connect to modern technology. However, the complexity of these networks and the large volume of data pose significant challenges in protecting them from persistent cyberattacks, such as distributed denial‐of‐service (DDoS)

The alpha and beta diversity of the nasal microbiome differed among children with allergic rhinitis (AR), nonallergic rhinitis (NAR), and healthy controls (HCs). Compared to HC, AR had more Escherichia‐Shigella, Negativicoccus, and Campylobacter, while NAR had more Dolosigranulum and fewer Enterobacteriaceae.

XNB: Explainable Class-Specific NaIve-Bayes Classifier
In today's data-intensive landscape, where high-dimensional datasets are increasingly common, reducing the number of input features is essential to prevent overfitting and improve model accuracy. Despite numerous efforts to tackle dimensionality reduction, most approaches apply a universal set of features across all classes, potentially missing the ...

Abstract Brain tumour segmentation employing MRI images is important for disease diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment planning. Till now, many encoder‐decoder architectures have been developed for this purpose, with U‐Net being the most extensively utilised. However, these architectures require a lot of parameters to train and have a semantic gap. Some
