In this thesis study, cytogenetic analysis of Nalassus bozdagus and Nalassus plebejus species which are distributed in Western Anatolia, have been conducted. The slides obtained from the collected female and male specimens gonads were examined with Routine Giemsa, silver nitrate and DAPI stains.
