Cytotoxicity and molecular-docking approach of a new rosane-type diterpenoid from the roots of Euphorbia nematocypha

open access: yesFrontiers in Chemistry, 2022
A new rosane-type diterpenoid (1) along with nine known diterpenoids (2–10), were isolated from the dried roots of Euphorbia nematocypha. The absolute configuration was elucidated from spectroscopic (nuclear magnetic resonance, high-resolution ...

One or More Species of Pacific Tree Frogs? Insights From Vocal Sexual Signals

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 10, October 2025.
We investigated patterns of geographic variation in mating calls and how they relate to genetic and environmental distances among nine populations of Pacific tree frogs. We show that variation in the mating calls is better explained by mitochondrial lineage than by geographic or environmental distances among populations.

Dynamical Analysis of an HIV Infection Model Including Quiescent Cells and Immune Response

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, Volume 48, Issue 15, Page 14301-14315, October 2025.
ABSTRACT This research gives a thorough examination of a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection model that includes quiescent cells and immune response dynamics in the host. The model, represented by a system of ordinary differential equations, captures the complex interaction between the host's immune response and viral infection.
