, 2017 Tesbihât, en genel anlamıyla Allah'ı zikretmek, noksanlıklardan beri tutmak ve şükretmek gibi anlamları ihtiva etmektedir. Allah'ı zikretmek ise İslâm hukukuna göre farzdır. Namazlardan sonra yapılan zikr ve tesbihât da bu farza icabet etmenin önemli bir vesilesidir. Ancak namaz sonrası yapılan tesbihâtın şer'i hükmü farz değil sünnettir.
