Isolation and identification of zoonotic bacterial species from the oral cavities of indigenous dogs using biochemical tests were carried out. The antibiotic susceptibility profile of the commonly identified bacteria species was established using Kirby–Bauer disk diffusion approach.

By travelling via Turkey on buses, and venerating Sayyida Zainab at their destination, these pilgrims disrupt conventional conceptions of not only Islamic ritual, but also Iranian mobility under sanctions.
