Yukawa interactions at large charge

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We extend the fixed-charge semiclassical method by computing anomalous dimensions of fixed-charge scalar operators in models with Yukawa interactions. In particular, we discuss the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio-Yukawa theory as well as an asymptotically safe gauge ...

The Nambu-Jona-Lasinio Model at O(1/N^2) [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
We write down the anomalous dimensions of the fields of the Nambu--Jona-Lasinio model or chiral Gross Neveu model with a continuous global chiral symmetry for the two cases $U(1)$ $\times$ $U(1)$ and $SU(M)$ $\times$ $SU(M)$ at $O(1/N^2)$ in a $1/N ...

Yukawa Bound States and Their LHC Phenomenology

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2013, Issue 1, 2013., 2013
We present the current status on the possible bound states of extra generation quarks. These include phenomenology and search strategy at the LHC. If chiral fourth‐generation quarks do exist their strong Yukawa couplings, implied by current experimental lower bound on their masses, may lead to formation of bound states.

Superconducting phase transition in the Nambu - Jona-Lasinio model

open access: yes, 2003
The Nambu - Bogoliubov - de Gennes method is applied to the problem of superconducting QCD. The effective quark-quark interaction is described within the framework of the Nambu - Jona-Lasinio model.

Regularization dependence on phase diagram in Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2015
We study the regularization dependence on meson properties and the phase diagram of quark matter by using the two flavor Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model.

Inflation from the finite scale gauged Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2017
The possibility to construct an inflationary universe scenario for the finite-scale gauged Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model is investigated. This model can be described by the Higgs–Yukawa type interaction model with the corresponding compositeness scale ...

The Importance of Asymptotic Freedom for the Pseudocritical Temperature in Magnetized Quark Matter

open access: yes, 2014
Although asymptotic freedom is an essential feature of QCD, it is absent in effective chiral quark models like the Nambu--Jona-Lasinio and linear sigma models.

Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model with a fractal inspired coupling

open access: yesPhysics Letters B
The Nambu–Jona-Lasino model is modified by the inclusion of a running-coupling that was obtained by a fractal approach to Quantum Chromodynamics. The coupling follows a q-exponential function and, in the context of high energy collisions, explains the ...

Baryon octet electromagnetic form factors in a confining NJL model

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2016
Electromagnetic form factors of the baryon octet are studied using a Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model which utilizes the proper-time regularization scheme to simulate aspects of colour confinement.

Elliptic flow splitting as a probe of the QCD phase structure at finite baryon chemical potential [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Using a partonic transport model based on the 3-flavor Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model and a relativistic hadronic transport model to describe, respectively, the evolution of the initial partonic and the final hadronic phase of heavy-ion collisions at energies ...
