Totally magic d-lucky number of graphs

open access: yesRatio Mathematica, 2022
In this paper we introduce a new labeling named as, totally magic d-lucky labeling, find the totally magic d-lucky number of some standard graphs like wheel, cycle, bigraph etc. and find the totally magic d-lucky number of some zero divisor graphs.

Baumslag-Solitar graphs through colours [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2022
Higher-rank graphs are, as the name suggests, higher-dimensional analogues of directed graphs which we will define using category theory. The whole idea of my project was to construct what we call a Baumslag-Solitar graph, a higher-rank graph. They're too abstract an idea to picture, but in building Baumslag-Solitar graphs through coloured graphs, we ...

TOMM20 as a driver of cancer aggressiveness via oxidative phosphorylation, maintenance of a reduced state, and resistance to apoptosis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
TOMM20 increases cancer aggressiveness by maintaining a reduced state with increased NADH and NADPH levels, oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), and apoptosis resistance while reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels. Conversely, CRISPR‐Cas9 knockdown of TOMM20 alters these cancer‐aggressive traits.

Targeting the MDM2‐MDM4 interaction interface reveals an otherwise therapeutically active wild‐type p53 in colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study investigates an alternative approach to reactivating the oncosuppressor p53 in cancer. A short peptide targeting the association of the two p53 inhibitors, MDM2 and MDM4, induces an otherwise therapeutically active p53 with unique features that promote cell death and potentially reduce toxicity towards proliferating nontumor cells.

Cross-platform binary code similarity detection based on NMT and graph embedding

open access: yesMathematical Biosciences and Engineering, 2021
Cross-platform binary code similarity detection is determining whether a pair of binary functions coming from different platforms are similar, and plays an important role in many areas.

The atypical KRASQ22K mutation directs TGF‐β response towards partial epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in patient‐derived colorectal cancer tumoroids

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
TGF‐β has a complex role in cancer, exhibiting both tumor‐suppressive and tumor‐promoting properties. Using a series of differentiated tumoroids, derived from different stages and mutational background of colorectal cancer patients, we replicate this duality of TGF‐β in vitro. Notably, the atypical but highly aggressive KRASQ22K mutation rendered early‐

ENTROPY OF SOME MODELS OF SPARSE RANDOM GRAPHS WITH VERTEX-NAMES [PDF]

open access: yesProbability in the Engineering and Informational Sciences, 2014
Consider the setting of sparse graphs on N vertices, where the vertices have distinct “names”, which are strings of length O(log N) from a fixed finite alphabet. For many natural probability models, the entropy grows as c N log N for some model-dependent rate constant c.

Escape from TGF‐β‐induced senescence promotes aggressive hallmarks in epithelial hepatocellular carcinoma cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Chronic TGF‐β exposure drives epithelial HCC cells from a senescent state to a TGF‐β resistant mesenchymal phenotype. This transition is characterized by the loss of Smad3‐mediated signaling, escape from senescence, enhanced invasiveness and metastatic potential, and upregulation of key resistance modulators such as MARK1 and GRM8, ultimately promoting

Research and Construction of Knowledge Map of Golden Pomfret Based on LA-CANER Model

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
To address the issues of fragmented species information, low knowledge extraction efficiency, and insufficient utilization in the aquaculture domain, the main objective of this study is to construct the first knowledge graph for the Golden Pomfret ...
