This paper describes the isolation and antifungal activity of secondary metabolites from the leaves and roots of Monotes kerstingii. The distribution of these metabolites in the roots and leaves was achieved through comprehensive RP‐UHPLC‐Orbitrap‐MS and MS/MS analysis.
