Do Rivals' Trade Secret Protections Affect a Firm's Trade Credit? Evidence From the Inevitable Disclosure Doctrine

open access: yesEuropean Financial Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Using the staggered adoption of the Inevitable Disclosure Doctrine (IDD) across U.S. states, this study examines whether legal protection of trade secrets granted to a firm's rivals affects the firm's trade credit when it is not similarly protected.

A randomized phase 2 trial of socrodeucitinib in moderate‐to‐severe plaque psoriasis

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, EarlyView.
In moderate‐to‐severe plaque psoriasis, socrodeucitinib (6 mg/12 mg) significantly outperformed placebo at week 12: PASI 75 response rates 28.6%/72.1% vs. 7.5%. Meanwhile, socrodeucitinib illustrated a favourable safety and tolerability profile, warranting further study.

Phenolic exudates from orchid seeds as nutrients chemically attract fungi

open access: yesJournal of Integrative Plant Biology, EarlyView.
Most orchid species require fungi for natural germination, but the molecular mechanism of this symbiosis is poorly understood. Cremastra appendiculata seeds secrete phenolic acids before fungal contact, acting as nutrient molecules to chemically attract its symbiotic fungus Coprinellus disseminatus.

Natural variation in GmSOP5 regulates seed oil and protein content during soybean domestication

open access: yesJournal of Integrative Plant Biology, EarlyView.
The domestication‐related gene Seed Oil and Protein 5 regulates seed oil and protein content without a yield penalty, providing insight into early soybean domestication and identifying a genetic pathway that balances the trade‐off between seed quality and yield in soybean.

Ultralow‐Thermal‐Threshold CsPbBr3 Quantum Dot Memristor for Thermal‐Aware In‐Memory Computing With Physical Pruning

open access: yesAdvanced Computing, Volume 1, Issue 1, December 2026.
A CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dot thermal‐threshold memristor (TTM) with an ultralow 50°C writing threshold, 105–106 on/off ratio, and a 0.28 V reversible erase is reported. A saliency‐driven smart mapping algorithm allocates high‐importance weights to cold regions and low‐importance weights to hotspots.
