Nanocavity and Nanobeam Waveguide Optomechanics
Recent demonstrations of optical nanocaviities optimized for torque sensing, and diamond based nanobeams designed for coupling to diamond nitrogen vacancy centers will be presented. Their application to sensing and quantum optics applications will also be reviewed.

Static Bending Analysis of Nanobeam-Substrate Medium Systems Incorporating Mixture Stress-Driven Nonlocality, Surface Energy, and Substrate-Structure Interactions [PDF]
This paper proposes a novel nonlocal beam-substrate model for the static bending analysis of a nanobeam system on a substrate medium. The proposed model incorporates the coupling interaction among nonlocality, surface energy, and substrate-structure ...

Single and Coupled Nanobeam Cavities
In the coming decade in physics great effort will probably be devoted, among other things, to improving quantum storage and the development of quantum computer. To make use of quantum processes one should avoid decoherence influence of surroundings, or use specifically designed environment to modify the process considered. This is the case when an atom
