All-MXene thermoelectric nanogenerator

Materials Today Energy, 2022
MXenes have been widely investigated in energy storage, electromagnetic interference shielding, sensing, electronic, and photonic applications. Some MXenes have been predicted to have outstanding thermoelectric (TE) properties, but relevant explorations are very limited. Herein, the TE performance of Mo2TiC2Tx and Nb2CTx MXenes are carefully controlled

Nanogenerator for Biomedical Applications

Advanced Healthcare Materials, 2018
AbstractIn the past 10 years, the development of nanogenerators (NG) has enabled different systems to operate without external power supply. NG have the ability to harvest the mechanical energies in different forms. Human body motions and activities can also serve as the energy source to drive NG and enable self‐powered healthcare system.

Cylindrical Rotating Triboelectric Nanogenerator

ACS Nano, 2013
We demonstrate a cylindrical rotating triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) based on sliding electrification for harvesting mechanical energy from rotational motion. The rotating TENG is based on a core-shell structure that is made of distinctly different triboelectric materials with alternative strip structures on the surface.
