Additive Manufacturing of Negative Thermal Expansion Metamaterials Using Steels
Architected lattices with tunable negative thermal expansion are fabricated from common steels using laser powder bed fusion metal additive manufacturing. Optimized multimaterial interfaces and geometry‐driven design produce robust, defect‐minimized structures that remain dimensionally stable up to 300 °C, enabling scalable solutions for thermal ...

This work introduces a universal approach for fabricating stiffness gradient hydrogels with diverse stiffness ranges and gradient profiles. Gradient formation is achieved by precisely controlling the thermal landscape within a microfluidic system, which drives thermophoretic redistribution of precursor components in solution.

We present a functional three‐dimensional in‐vivo‐mimicking human colon (3D‐IVM‐HC) model engineered via Freeform Reversible Embedding of Suspended Hydrogels bioprinting with gelatin methacrylate (GelMA)/alginate hydrogels. This 3D non‐animal model replicates crypt‐like architectures, epithelial polarization, and stromal–tumor interactions, showing ...
