Free-Standing Bimetallic Nanorings and Nanoring Arrays Made by On-Wire Lithography
This paper describes a new strategy for synthesizing free-standing bimetallic nanorings and nanoring arrays based upon on-wire lithography and a galvanic replacement reaction. The strategy allows one to tune the diameter, length, and therefore aspect ratio of the nanorings.

High‐efficiency nano‐phosphor thin films were developed for micro‐LED color conversion, achieving high quantum efficiency and reduced lateral photon displacement. The optimized film structure effectively suppresses color crosstalk and enables high‐performance, full‐color micro‐LED displays.

ABSTRACT Pancreatic cancer, one of the most malignant solid tumors with the poorest prognosis, is commonly treated with gemcitabine (GEM)‐based systemic chemotherapy. However, chemoresistance remains a significant therapeutic challenge. Ferroptosis, a novel form of programmed cell death, has demonstrated exceptional susceptibility in chemoresistant ...

Multivalent Protein Nanorings for Broad and Potent SARS‐CoV‐2 Neutralization
A protein‐only, modular multivalent nanoscaffold displaying 20 anchor points, decorated with two different binders (10 of each), targeting the SARS‐CoV‐2 receptor‐binding domain is presented. The construct self‐assembles into stable, biocompatible, homogeneous nanoparticles, exhibit synergistic binding with fM IC50 values. It also detects spike at 9 ng

Do's and Don'ts When Visiting Circularly Polarized Luminescence
This perspective presents our insights into the principles, challenges, and opportunities of circularly polarized luminescence (CPL). Highlighting key concepts such as the dissymmetry factor (glum) and molecular design strategies, we discuss advances in CPL efficiency, emerging NIR emitters, solid‐state applications, and the growing role of theory and ...

Lasing of nanoemitters with nanorings having Drude dispersion
We systematically study the dynamics and laser emission of randomly distributed nanoemitters (NEs) integrated into two-dimensional (2D) array of metal nanorings (NR) enhanced by the plasmon-polariton (PP) excitations.

Shape-altering flexible plasmonics of in-situ deformable nanorings
Nanorings (NRs) with their intrinsic cavities have attracted interest as plasmonic nanoparticles for years, due to the uniform electric field enhancement inside the cavity, lower plasmon damping effects and comparatively high refractive index ...
