DNA‐Enzyme Hybrid Nanostructures: Functional Materials to Modulate Enzymatic Activity
DNA–enzyme hybrid nanostructures enable precise spatial and stoichiometric control over enzyme organization, offering a powerful platform to modulate catalytic activity. This review critically evaluates key mechanistic hypotheses, including proximity effects, microenvironment changes, confinement, and stabilization, as well as highlighting ...

Recent strategies address these challenges through ion‐specific regulation, encompassing chloride‐tolerant and chloride‐regulating anodes together with cathode designs that suppress OH− accumulation and Mg2+/Ca2+ coupling. This ion‐management‐oriented framework provides general guidelines for achieving stable, selective, and scalable seawater ...

Semiconductor nanoring lasers [PDF]
Lasing in a subwavelength metal-clad nanoring resonator has been demonstrated with a tunable emission wavelength, controlled by the width of the ring. The emission wavelength is shown to be tunable within a 10 nm wavelength range by changing the ring width between 240 and 340 nm.

Lasing of nanoemitters with nanorings having Drude dispersion
We systematically study the dynamics and laser emission of randomly distributed nanoemitters (NEs) integrated into two-dimensional (2D) array of metal nanorings (NR) enhanced by the plasmon-polariton (PP) excitations.

Toward Larger Cyclo‐9,10‐Anthryleneparaphenylenes
During a macrocyclization with a dihydroanthracene diol as corner unit, larger oligomers than the trimer and tetramer were formed and isolated up to the nonamer. Their three‐dimensional structures were studied by X‐ray diffraction. The most abundant macrocycles were rearomatized to the corresponding CPP derivatives.

Here, it is shown that focused ion beam induced deposition (FIBID) using helium and neon ions enables advanced high‐resolution 3D nanoprinting achieving precise multimaterial architectures and engineered internal voids. Thus, FIBID with finely focused noble gas ion species is presented as a unique platform for designing functional nanomaterials for ...
