Lithium‐ion battery anodes that maintain good performance and excellent stability under high temperature conditions. Silicon oxide (SiO) has great potential as a high‐capacity anode for lithium‐ion batteries, but its practical use is limited by excessive volume expansion (>200%) and rapid capacity fade, especially at high temperatures.

Impact of Al3+ Concentration on Montmorillonite Sedimentation: Insights Into Particle Size Behavior
The current research essentially focuses on the coagulation and sedimentation characteristics of particles with two distinct particle‐size compositions. The DLVO theory confirms that under the influence of aluminum ions, the coarse and fine particle sampleS of montmorillonite essentially possess the effect of eliminating or weakening the “barrier ...

Interaction of fibrinogen with nanosilica
AbstractInteraction of human plasma fibrinogen (HPF) with fumed nanosilica A-300 in a phosphate buffer solution (PBS) was studied using 1H NMR spectroscopy with layer-by-layer freezing-out of bulk and interfacial water in the temperature range of 210–273 K, TSDC (90 T FTIR, and UV spectroscopy methods.

Nanosilica Modifiers for Cement Mortars
AbstractMan-made products containing 95…96% of amorphous nanostructured silica were studied for the purpose of their usage as modifiers for cement mortars. These products are “belaya sazha (carbon white)” BS120 (BS) obtained by means of hydrochemical synthesis and amorphous silicon dioxide (ADK) produced from rice husk being thermally treated at 800 оС.
