A Soft, Flexible Implant for Wireless Photothermal–Pyroelectric Neurostimulation

A replication strategy is used to enlarge the exposed surface area of barium titanate within flexible films with embedded carbon nanotubes, enabling efficient photothermal‐pyroelectric stimulation. Nanotherapeutic Macrophage‐Neuro Reprogramming Through Immunometabolic Crosstalk Mitigates Sepsis‐Induced Lung Injury and Neurologic Damage

SJNPs co‐deliver JHU083 and spermine to reprogram macrophage–neuron immunometabolic crosstalk in sepsis. By suppressing pro‐inflammatory M1 polarization and promoting NGF‐mediated neurotrophic signaling, SJNPs preserve pulmonary neuronal integrity, alleviate lung injury, and improve survival in murine sepsis models.
