Tariff: The Most Beautiful Word in the Dictionary?

open access: yesReview of International Economics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We consider the welfare impacts of US tariff policy at levels proposed by President Donald J. Trump. Rare antigen‐negative red blood cells from pluripotent stem cells for precision transfusion medicine

The MAM antigen, encoded by EMP3, is one such antigen associated with red cell alloimmunization and hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn. Study Design

Early Prediction of Type‐Specific Influenza Incidence Using Wastewater‐Based Epidemiology

open access: yesWater and Environment Journal, EarlyView.
We demonstrated that influenza incidence can be accurately predicted using viral RNA concentrations in wastewater. We also developed a method to separately estimate the incidence of influenza A and influenza B. Wastewater‐based estimates can theoretically detect epidemic trends approximately one week earlier than conventional case reporting, suggesting
