This cross‐sectional study of 84 general practices found 24.3% had At‐Risk MASH defined by FNI > 0.30, and 4.3% had advanced fibrosis defined by FIB‐4 > 2.67. Diabetes and socio‐economic disadvantage were strong predictors of significant liver disease.
