Stakeholders’ Perspectives on Implementing the iSupport for Dementia Program to Address Inequalities in Dementia Care: A Qualitative Study

open access: yesScandinavian Journal of Caring Sciences, Volume 40, Issue 2, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Aims To explore stakeholders' perspectives on (1) the cultural and linguistic appropriateness of the Greek, Italian and Spanish versions of the iSupport for Dementia program and (2) strategies to implement the iSupport program in Australia. Methods A qualitative descriptive study was applied.

Temporal Variations in Seismic Ambient Noise Identify Seasonal Changes in Basal Conditions at Sermeq Kujalleq in Kangia, Greenland

open access: yesGeophysical Research Letters, Volume 53, Issue 10, 28 May 2026.
Abstract Subglacial processes are key to glacier dynamics but remain poorly constrained due to limited in situ observations. We use continuous seismic and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) measurements to investigate summer basal conditions at Sermeq Kujalleq in Kangia (SKK; Jakobshavn Isbræ), Kalaallit Nunaat (Greenland).

Crucial parameters for precise copy number variation detection in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded solid cancer samples

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, Volume 20, Issue 5, Page 1270-1283, May 2026.
This study shows that copy number variations (CNVs) can be reliably detected in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) solid cancer samples using ultra‐low‐pass whole‐genome sequencing, provided that key (pre)‐analytical parameters are optimized.

Deep learning “super resolution” versus iterative reconstruction: Phantom‐based image quality assessment

open access: yesJournal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics, Volume 27, Issue 5, May 2026.
Abstract Background Deep learning reconstruction (DLR) algorithms have begun replacing iterative reconstruction (IR) in CT. Besides the potential to reduce noise, the application of artificial intelligence can also allow for “super resolution,” allowing traditional CT systems to produce images with improved spatial resolution by training against higher‐
