A Review of Exercise Interventions for Rehabilitation in Drug‐Dependent Individuals
The analysis of 39 core studies indicates that diverse exercise interventions have varying positive effects across different dimensions for various addiction populations. Exercise can exert beneficial impacts on the neurobiological mechanisms, as well as physiological and psychological aspects, of individuals with drug addiction.
