The Structure of Narcotic Analgesic Drugs
1971In this chapter a survey of the structure features of the chief groups of narcotic analgesics is presented. Emphasis is placed upon compounds in current clinical use or which have been used in the past to relieve pain in man, and only a few aspects of structure-activity relationships are discussed.
