Distinct Ligand‐ and Metal‐Centered Phosphorescence in a Terbium Carbazolyl Complex

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
Terbium and lanthanum carbazolide complexes show two distinct modes of luminescence: Strongly temperature‐dependent narrow‐line terbium emission could be induced. In addition, both the terbium and the lanthanum complexes show broad‐line interligand emission processes with excited states of microsecond life‐time.

Linear and Two‐Dimensional Infrared Spectroscopy of the Multifunctional Vibrational Probe, 3‐(4‐Azidophenyl) Propiolonitrile. Deperturbing a Fermi Triad by Isotopic Substitution

open access: yesChemPhysChem, Volume 26, Issue 6, March 15, 2025.
Linear infrared spectroscopy combined with isotope labeling and density functional theory unravels the origin of a Fermi triad in a multifunctional vibrational chromophore. Ultrafast 2DIR‐spectroscopy reports directly on the dynamics and the intramolecular vibrational energy flow pathways in the isotopically deperturbed system. Abstract Infrared probes

Superregenerative Reception of Narrowband FSK Modulations

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers, 2015
In this paper we investigate the possibilities of narrowband FSK detection using a superregenerative (SR) receiver. Previous SR FM demodulation techniques rely on detecting the amplitude variations caused by the different frequencies involved in FSK modulation.

Gaborlet‐guided sparse filtering: A novel intelligent method for lithology identification by vibration signals while drilling

open access: yesDeep Underground Science and Engineering, EarlyView.
The flowchart illustrates rock specimen testing, vibration signal acquisition, and feature extraction with Gaborlet and sparse filtering for classification. Abstract Traditional lithology identification methods mainly rely on core sampling and well‐logging data.
