Insecticide resistance management scenarios differ for RNA-based sprays and traits. [PDF]
dsRNA insecticides are developed as transgenic traits or sprays. IRM for dsRNA traits is based on stacked modes of action and a refuge. IRM for dsRNA sprays is based on rotating dsRNA with different modes of action insecticides. Abstract RNA‐based bioinsecticides that comprise a dsRNA active ingredient and function by RNA interference (RNAi) are being ...

Abstract Invasive species constitute a threat not only to native populations but also to the structure and functioning of entire food webs.
