We present an unusual case of angiomyolipoma of the nasal cavity. The harmartomatous lesion is often described in the kidney and may be associated with tuberous sclerosis.

Glomangiopericytoma of the nasal cavity
Auris Nasus Larynx, 2011Glomangiopericytoma is a rare tumor arising from the pericytes surrounding capillaries, and accounts for less than 0.5% of all sinonasal tumors. A 60-year-old male patient presented with a glomangiopericytoma of the nasal cavity manifesting as nasal obstruction and epistaxis, which was treated successfully with endoscopic excision.

Plasmocytoma of the Nasal Cavity
Archives of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, 1955A plasmocytoma is a growth composed of plasma cells and is similar to a lymphoma in its gross characteristics. A plasma cell is a cell with a nucleus situated at one pole and with the nuclear chromatin having a spoke-like arrangement. The cytoplasm is basophilic, and there is a pale area near the nucleus, which contains a diplosome.
