Abstract Achondroplasia, the most common chondrodysplasia in humans, is caused by one of two gain of function mutations localized in the transmembrane domain of fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) leading to constitutive activation of FGFR3 and subsequent growth plate cartilage and bone defects.

Therapeutic Delivery of circDYM by Perillyl Alcohol Nanoemulsion Alleviates LPS‐Induced Depressive‐Like Behaviors

PANEs are specifically designed to enhance the brain delivery efficiency of circDYM compared to commercialized lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). Intranasal administration of PANE‐circDYM effectively alleviated LPS‐induced depressive‐like behaviors by mitigating neuroinflammation and promoting neuroplasticity.

Enhancing Grasping Function with a Thermoresponsive Ionogel Adhesive Glove for Patients with Rheumatic Diseases

This study presents a novel portable grasp‐assist glove, weighing only 47 g. The glove integrates smart adhesive pads and a hands‐free control interface based on IMU, designed to aid rheumatic patients with impaired hand function. The system enables switchable adhesion with independent control and detection of user release intent.
