Schwannoma of the nasal septum
The British Journal of Radiology, 2006Schwannomas of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are very rare. We report the case of a 54-year-old woman with a schwannoma arising from the nasal septum. We discuss the clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, imaging characteristics and treatment of this rarely encountered lesion.

Chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum
The Journal of Laryngology & Otology, 1977A rare case of chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum is presented. Wide excision of the tumour including the right orbit and part of the anterior cranial fossa was undertaken. Review of the literature shows that this is the treatment of choice and the radiotherapy does not prevent recurrence.

Skeletal Radiology, 2002The nasal septum is a particularly rare site of origin of chondrosarcoma. Cranial base invasion may be at hand, with such lesions making complete tumor removal difficult. MRI techniques allow precise definition of tumor extent. In the described case, CT and Dynamic MR imaging were performed in a case of chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum.

We report an unusual case of rhinolith in the nasal septum in an 11-year-old girl. The rhinolith was detected on X-radiographs made for the planning of an orthodontic treatment. There were no symptoms like nasal obstruction, chronic infection or epistaxis in the young patient.
