Spermatozoa of Natica marochienssish (Gmelin, 1791) is described by light and electron microscopy. The spermatozoon is of the primitive type with head contains a conical acrosomal complex with an acrosomal vesicle of dense matrix having a basis occupied by the subacrosomal space.
