Tumor Exposomics: A New Paradigm for Individualized Continuous Exposure Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tumor exposomics integrates continuous monitoring of environmental exposures, endogenous biological responses, and behavioral factors within a unified temporal framework. By combining multimodal sensing technologies with AI‐enabled causal modeling, this emerging paradigm reconstructs exposure‐damage trajectories and supports individualized dynamic risk

A Gut‐Brain Axis Underlying Succinate‐Associated Compulsive‐Like Behavior

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Gut‐derived succinate is associated with an excitatory‐inhibitory imbalance in dmPFC glutamatergic neurons, involving microglial SUCNR1 activation and vagal afferent signaling via upregulated gut 5‐HT4 receptors along the DVC‐CeA‐dmPFC circuit, changes that are linked to excessive compulsive‐like behavior.

Engineered Allosteric Biosensor for In Situ DNA Glycosylase Detection in Neuroblastoma Risk Stratification and Drug Resistance Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An engineered allosteric biosensor (UUU‐DZ‐tFNA) was developed, in which UDG specifically recognizes and activates a DNAzyme to achieve signal cycle amplification in a sequentially activatable mode. UUU‐DZ‐tFNA achieves in situ UDG detection across multiple biological levels and facilitates risk stratification and drug resistance monitoring of NB ...

SCTR–Expressing Astrocyte–Serotonergic Neuron Signaling Drives Sexual Dimorphism in Depression Through KAT7/H4ac–Foxc2 Epigenetic Axis in an AMPK‐Dependent Manner

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Astrocytic SCTR modulates depressive‐related phenotypes via AMPKα1, whereas lowered Mt1 blunts Megalin‐dependent AMPKα2 signaling in serotonergic neurons. Diminished AMPKα2 hinders KAT7 nuclear translocation, curtails KAT7 occupancy and H4K8ac at the Foxc2 promoter, and represses Foxc2 transcription, revealing cell‐type‐specific AMPK‐linked epigenetic ...
