Antigen Spreading via Localized Administration Enhances Adoptive TCR‐T Cell Therapy in Pancreatic Cancer

Cancer vaccines face limitations in pancreatic cancer due to insufficient tumor antigens. This ionic liquid ILvax via local tumor delivery triggers robust cDC1‐dependent systemic anti‐tumor immunity. It boosts endogenous CD8+ T cells and optimizes adoptive TCR‐T function, providing a promising synergistic therapeutic strategy.

Matrix Stiffness Induces Endothelial Network Senescence

Using a 3D human in vitro model that decouples mechanical stress from inflammatory or biochemical signals, matrix stiffening induces a senescence phenotype in endothelial networks. This mechano‐induced senescence activates Notch signaling, and pharmacologic Notch inhibition attenuates this stiffness‐induced senescence.

Artificial Host‐Guest Recognition Directs Glycometabolically Engineered Macrophages to Tumors

Glycoengineered supramolecular macrophages (GSAR‐M) are developed using glycometabolic labeling for bioorthogonal host‐guest tumor targeting. This engineering approach unexpectedly enhances macrophage migration, phagocytosis, and pseudopodia formation.
