In vitro propagation of Caesalpinia spinosa (Mol.) O. Kuntz from axillary buds of selected trees
Biotecnología Vegetal, 2017 Guarango or tara [Caesalpinia spinosa (Mol.) O. Kuntz] is a tree native to the Andes, with great economic importance and for reforestation programs. The aim of this work was to in vitro propagate this specie from axillary buds of selected trees.

Control of Gemcitabine Activity With Blue and Red Light
Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.Treating cancer with chemotherapy is generally associated with many side effects, which can be addressed by selectively releasing the desired drugs with visible light. Sixteen new blue light‐activatable cytostatics were introduced, with the gemcitabine derivative exhibiting ideal properties.
