Entomological Review, 2019Comparative analysis of vector activity of fleas in the Siberian natural plague foci was carried out during two long-term periods of experimental studies: 1967–1980 and 1983–2007. The data on block formation frequency in adult fleas infected with Yersinia pestis were analyzed for 127 experiments with 15 flea species and subspecies.
