Targeting Genome Maintenance Defects of Cancers Using Chain‐Terminating Nucleoside Analogs
Cancer Science, EarlyView.Nucleoside analogs interfere with DNA replication either by their chain‐terminating properties or by serving as DNA damage on the template. The genome maintenance pathways required to maintain cellular tolerance to each nucleoside analog vary depending on the drug.

Cell Proliferation, EarlyView.Maternal SD during pregnancy enhances the development of diet‐induced NASH in adult offspring of both sexes through an NR4A3‐dependent mechanism, characterised by heightened inflammation and increased apoptosis. Maternal melatonin supplementation effectively alleviates this increased susceptibility to NASH in offspring.

Geostandards and Geoanalytical Research, EarlyView.Key Points RioM‐1 calcite was characterised for trace elements, U‐Pb geochronology, Sr and O isotopes using ID‐TIMS, LA‐ICP‐MS and SIMS. U‐Pb dates from ID‐TIMS and LA‐ICP‐MS across several independent laboratories returned identical results within uncertainty.
