Atomic Layer Etching of Titanium Nitride With O3 and NbCl5
TiN is etched with ALE using O3 and NbCl5 at 200–350 °C. Surface roughening is minimal and even smoothing is observed at 200 °C. Four‐point probe measurements show little effect on the resistivity even at low thicknesses. XPS shows that very small amount of residue is left from the etchant.

EFFECTS OF CONCENTRATED LIGHT FLOWS ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND STRUCTURE OF CERAMIC PENTAOXIDE NIOBIUM [PDF]
Investigating the effect of concentrated light beams on the structure and mechanical properties of ceramic Nb2O5. Under the influence of high-energy light in Nb2O5 ceramics produced micro-and nanostructure of fractal type and is caused in part "island ...

Hydrothermal synthesis of KNbO_3 and NaNbO_3 powders [PDF]
Orthorhombic KNbO_3 and NaNbO_3 powders were hydrothermally synthesized in KOH and NaOH solutions (6.7–15 M) at 150 and 200 °C. An intermediate hexaniobate species formed first before eventually converting to the perovskite phase.

Preparation, characterization, and electrical properties of epitaxial NbO2 thin film lateral devices
Epitaxial NbO2 (110) films, 20 nm thick, were grown by pulsed laser deposition on Al2O3 (0001) substrates. The Ar/O2 total pressure during growth was varied to demonstrate the gradual transformation between NbO2 and Nb2O5 phases, which was verified using

Nb2O5 ve Nb2O5 tabanlı ince filmlerin karakterizasyonu ve güneş pili üretimi
In this thesis, as an alternative materials to titanium oxide, Nb2O5 having wide band gap (~3.2 eV), photoanodes were obtained. The characterization of these materials was carried out. Photoelectrodes made of sol-gel method the thin film (a few microns thick) and as well as films produce from paste application, with the of 10-15 micron thickness. Films

ABSTRACT Additive manufacturing of ceramics allows the production of complex, small‐batch parts. Among available methods, digital light processing (DLP) offers high‐resolution results with excellent surface finish. LCD‐based DLP printers are cost‐effective due to simpler optics, though they require suspensions with high solid content (> 40 vol%) and ...

Catalytic Hydrogenation of Lignin‐Derived Aromatics With Rhodium Oxide in Water
The easily available, easy‐to‐handle rhodium(III) oxide, Rh2O3, is shown to be a competent catalyst for arene hydrogenation, including chemoselective reduction of α,β‐unsaturated aryl ketones. Catalytic arene hydrogenation offers a direct pathway to saturated carbocycles. It can also be exploited to upgrade lignin‐derived aromatics.
