Microstructure, electrical and optical properties of NBT–xBZT lead-free single crystals

Journal of Alloys and Compounds, 2021
Abstract Lead-free single crystals (100-x)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xBi(Zn0.5Ti0.5)O3 (x = 0, 8, 20, 30) were grown by the top seeded solution growth (TSSG) method. With the addition of Bi(Zn0.5Ti0.5)O3 (BZT), the NBT-xBZT crystals change from rhombohedral to tetragonal and the NBT-8BZT lead-free single crystals are near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) by

Dielectric and conductivity properties of flux grown Ce doped NBT-BT single crystals

Physica B: Condensed Matter, 2020
Abstract To study the effect of Ce in the NBT-BT lattice, 0.4 wt% of CeO2 was added to the 0.94(Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3)-0.06BaTiO3, in its morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) composition, and the single crystals were grown by the flux method using Bi2O3 as a flux. The structural studies were carried by the XRD and Raman analyses.

Pure and Nd added NBT-BT single crystals - Growth and their characterization

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2014
The lead free piezoelectric materials are secured an important place in the field of material science and engineering. In the present work single crystals of sodium bismuth titanate- barium titanate (0.94NBT-0.06BT) and 0.6 wt % of Nd added NBT-BT has been grown by flux method.
