The heat of formation of NCO

The Journal of Chemical Physics, 1993
The heat of formation of NCO has been determined rigorously by state-of-the-art ab initio electronic structure methods, including Mo/ller–Plesset perturbation theory from second through fifth order (MP2–MP5) and coupled-cluster and Brueckner methods incorporating various degrees of excitation [CCSD, CCSD(T), BD, BD(T), and BD(TQ)].

The vibrational spectra and structure of Si(NCO)4 and Ge(NCO)4

Spectrochimica Acta, 1961
Abstract Raman spectra (with polarizations) and infrared absorption from 80 to 4000 cm −1 are reported for Si(NCO) 4 and Ge(NCO) 4 . The spectra of both compounds are surprisingly simple and indicate high symmetry. For Si(NCO) 4 the data fit a tetrahedral model fairly well.

The infrared, Raman and ultraviolet spectra of P(NCO)3 and PO(NCO)3

Spectrochimica Acta, 1962
Abstract The infrared spectrum from 120 to 5000 cm −1 and the Raman spectrum with polarizations were obtained for phosphorus (III) isocyanate and phosphoryl (V) isocyanate. They demonstrate that both molecules have at least a C 3 -axis of symmetry. For P(NCO) 3 , D 3 h symmetry (planar trigonal structure) may be definitely eliminated. C 3 h

A shock tube study of H+HNCO→H2+NCO and the thermal decomposition of NCO

Symposium (International) on Combustion, 1996
The reaction of atomic hydrogen with isocyanic acid (HNCO) to produce molecular hydrogen and the NCO radical, H+HNCO→H2+NCO (3a) and the thermal dissociation reaction NCO+Ar→N+CO+Ar (4) have been studied in shock-heated mixtures of HNCO dilute in argon. Quantitative time histories of the NCO radical were measured behind the shock waves using cw, narrow-

Kinetics of NCO + hydrocarbon reactions

Chemical Physics Letters, 1994
Abstract The kinetics of NCO reactions with hydrocarbon molecules were investigated using time-resolved infrared diode laser absorption spectroscopy. NCO was probed at 1905.6 cm −1 , and HNCO reaction products were probed at 2280.1 cm −1 . Rate constants at 296 K were measured to be −14 , (7.04 ± 1.20) × 10 −14 , (2.29 ± 0.13) × 10 −13 , (6.13 ± 0 ...

NCO, Comparator, and FVR

2017
The Configurable Logic Cell (CLC) is a module designed by Microchip that provides basic configurable logic for PIC® microcontrollers. This includes the basic gates and D and JK flip-flops and D and SR latches. This means that with the CLC, you can combine logic internal and external to the chip to produce a particular function.
