Pathological retinal/choroidal neovascularization drives vision loss in DR and AMD. Current anti‐VEGF injections, while effective, require invasive, frequent administration. Pene/LQ015, is developed a novel topical anti‐VEGFA nanobody formulation achieving therapeutic intraocular levels through penetratin analog‐enhanced delivery.

SIP‐SRS Imaging of Cell Wall Synthesis Identifies a Synergy between Micafungin and Amphotericin B

We employed glucose‐d7–based stable isotope probe‐assisted SRS microscopy (SIP‐SRS) C–D imaging to visualize fungal cell wall synthesis and remodeling under antifungal treatment. Amphotericin B (AmB) induced notable daughter cell wall thickening, prompting a combinational therapy with AmB and micafungin.

4D Insights into Coral Biomineralization: Effects of Ocean Acidification on the Early Skeleton Development of a Stony Coral

Early coral skeletons grow through formation of two co‐joined zones, rapid accretion deposits and thickening deposits. Advanced imaging and simulations reveal that ocean acidification reshapes these zones, shifting the coral portfolio of mineral phases which alters skeletal resistance to mechanical stress.
