Electrocatalytic CO2 Reduction Empowered by 2D Hexagonal Transition Metal Borides
This work used DFT calculations to discover a series of h‐MBenes with extraordinary eCO2RR catalytic activity and selectivity, revealing the mechanism of functional groups regulating eCO2RR performance. This study highlights the potential of h‐MBenes as highly efficient eCO2RR catalysts, shedding light on their versatility and significant prospects for

Positive steady state in multi-species models of real food webs [PDF]
Real food web data available in the literature presents us with the relations between various species, sizes of these species, metabolic types of the species and other useful information, which allows us to define parameters for the mathematical dynamical models of these food webs, and perform theoretical studies of these models.

The continental‐scale study reveals that soil phosphorus strongly predicts the richness of soil pathogenic oomycetes in Chinese grasslands, while precipitation and plant species richness drive their absolute abundance; modeling predicts ≈42% of grassland areas may face elevated oomycete disease risk under future climate scenarios, especially in typical

Radiation Exposure Induced Blood–Brain Barrier Injury via Mitochondria‐Mediated Sterile Inflammation
This work describes a blood–brain barrier (BBB) microphysiological system (MPS) to explore the responses of BBB to radiation exposure. Following radiation exposure, obvious BBB comprise and brain endothelial injuries are detected. Mechanism study shows radiation induced significant sterile inflammation via mitochondrial dysfunction and cGAS‐STING ...
