Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah perkuatan pada kekuatan lentur balok. Selain itu jumlah tulangan tarik pada balok juga divariasikan. Untuk memperoleh kuat lentur balok beton bertulang menggunakan sengkang, balok dibebani sampai melebihi kapasitas ultimit secara terus menerus dengan dua beban terpusat.
